Linda's Chicken Fish

eating is really good. mac n käse is one of my favorite pieces. you're good, but personally I like her dinner. all kinds of traditional southern louisiana materials including some that they do not see so often in these days. for example, there are baked pork, fried garnel, fish, oysters, soft-shell cancer, but also chicken livers and chicken-gizzards. I had an older friend who lived in new orleans who once appeared in the month, or so only for the pizzards! I didn't try them personally, but he said they were excellent. he said it's hard to keep them from being dry or being hard and gum-like, and her isn't. but you must take his word for it. I had lunch at Linda’s just about an hour ago ! Wanted to get the young guys name that was working the front counter but they were busy no name on the receipt. But I’m sure the manager will know who he is . Just wanted to say Thanks for great customer service . He had a smile on his face showed he was happy to be working . Very polite young man . His parents I know are proud of him . I come to Linda’s often , one of my favorite places to eat !

I love there food but went there around 4pm on Saturday evening they was closed.
