I placed a mobile order for pick up at 3:45. Of course, I knew it would be busy, but I expected my order, which I placed at 1 for pick up at 3:45, to be ready on time. The only thing I got from the staff was, “we have a lot of orders right now.” They were also telling other customers the same thing and not even answering the phone, even though it was ringing off the hook, with two employees at the front not doing anything. Never had an issue before at this location. Update: finally, after waiting 25 minutes past my pick up time, they still said they were working on it. I had to leave for work or I would have been late. Ended up getting a refund for the order. Very disappointing.
Ordered one pizza and one order of breadsticks online estimated time that it would be ready was 947 to 952pm. We got to the location at 9:45 and we’re told it was not ready yet, at 9:52pm We were told that our order was never added to the system, so it would be another 20 minutes. Employee was very rude instructed shoulders like he didn’t care and said yeah, it’s gonna be another 20 minutes. Nobody should have to wait an hour and 15 minutes for one pizza, and one order of breadsticks….
I ordered a pizza with three toppings and extra cheese. While there was an abundance of pepperoni, the other two toppings were hardly noticeable. I paid around $2 for each additional topping but only received a minuscule amount. For a total of $16.50, I felt like I received a pizza worth only $9. The poor quality reflects inadequate management. I'm very disappointed!
I haven’t eaten LC in years, was a cheap option for the time being. Prices are always good but I ordered for pickup 2 pizzas one of the pizzas was right the other was wrong. Ordered a supreme and got a basic pepperoni. Doesn’t surprise me order was wrong but it is what it is. Would probably come back in another 5 years or so. Book a table now
I ordered pizza through the app, and everything was going well until I noticed that the meat toppings were not evenly distributed at all. It seemed like the person making my pizza might have been really tired. I'll give it another try next time.

yeah my order was Hawaiian and although I do appreciate the topping but not when just focus on one side of the pizza the right side looking like a cheese pizza

The food is excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff doesn't seem to operate with a sense of urgency.
