For the last 2 years, I have randomly shown up at Little Caesars to grab a pizza since it's supposed to be hot and ready. To this day, it’s always a 20-minute wait. There is never anything ready. I'm sadly disappointed with this location. Even if I make a phone call, it is still a 10 to 20-minute wait. They wait until you get there to start making your pizza. I literally work right down the street. Every time, it's just a disappointment.
This place is dirty and unprofessional. I waited in line patiently while the front cashier took a long time in the back getting the customer's pizza that was ahead of me. When it is my turn to be helped next the cashier then helps the person next to me with a new order and doesn't acknowledge me at all when I had been there for far longer.
If I could give this place a zero I would . I placed a order to be picked up at 7:15 but they sent me an email saying it was done early so I call them to make sure and he says idk come see. Like excuse me?
Refused to serve 15 minutes before closing. It says Hot N Ready right on the door handle. I've made Pizzas in less than 15 minutes before closing before, but they won't here. Book a table now
