I feel bad writing this review but where is management? The two kids there are doing the best they can but they are SOOOO overworked!!! We got a undercooked pizza and although I didn't want to make a scene I did go back to let them know. I could literally see how sad they got and they still had 8 people waiting for pizza. I decided to just get a refund but I felt so bad. They need more workers and an actual manager who is going to HELP them, and clean the place because it looks so so dirty (dust all over the counter where the dips are? . Sadly I wouldn't go back or recommend. I just wish those two boys the best and a better job, no one deserves to be stressed 24/7 and not be given support or...
So I ordered a pizza and bag of crazy bread this evening on their mobile app. The crazy bread was literally soggy dough. It was half cooked at best. I called and the lady wasn't helpful at all. Said I had to go file online for a refund. So I went to mobile app and site. There is no way to do this. I know crazy bread is super cheap so I'm not going to waste anymore time on this. Just overall very disappointing. I don't understand how staff even thought letting that bread be served was okay. Do they not look at their product as they cook it, as they bag it? It really makes one wonder. How does half cooked breadsticks make it to the customer?
Did not like this pizza one bit. 1 it was not fresh, as soon as I bit into it was crispy. Whether this was a reheat it was horrible.2nd, was thin. Thought the classic was classic not thin?? 3rd the bread sticks were tiny compared to other sites, did not taste fresh. I expected better from a ceaser in this area. Very disappointed. Today is Nov 18th 23'.
I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I ordered online at 3:05pm with a 5:30pm pickup time. They didn't put my pizza in the oven until 5:43 and I received it at 5:53pm. That's an excessive wait for for putting in a pickup time hours prior. It was only one pizza. Book a table now
I got here first before 4 people and they got their order first, I have been waiting for at least 40 minutes, I'll definitely not be coming here ever again! I asked for light sauce, they did not put light sauce..
I ordered 3 pizzas but they forgot to add sauce. I called to let them know and they just said, what ? After some ackward silence they asked me to call back for a refund. I never got my refund.
this place is dirty. i would never order from here again. i ordered pizza and wings from this location and got food poisoning after a few hours of eating. would never recommend
food is fresh. not burnt. good service and quick at that. never had a bad experience at this establishment. Book a table now
