Complete idiots work here; I won't come back! I'll go to Papa John's after this treatment from these guys! I asked if they had any hot and ready pizzas, and he said yes but only pepperoni. I wanted one pepperoni and one cheese, so I said okay, just give me two pepperoni since they're ready. Then he says okay, it'll be about a 10-15 minute wait. I'm like, uhh? Then I ask if I can have one pepperoni and one cheese, and he said, oh, you'll have to place another order. I said, you know what, forget it. Honestly I wish I could give it less rating how do you have a undercooked cheese pizza and pepperoni. Everytime I come to the yucaipa location it's not even average. but I live by this location so sacrifices the distance instead of quality my wife ordered it I picked it. Up out of the portal. Called waited 32 mins no one picked up the managers most not care or whatever it is but raw pizza is gross also they never cut the pizza either never again will be calling chase to get my 25 bucks back. Horrible service. Will pick up the phone and hang it right up. Ordered a pizza, wings and bread sticks all of it was cold, pizza was so thin and sloppy and it wasn't cut. This place needs to be closed or new management needs to be put in. They won't even refund or make me new food even though I brought back the food I originally took. I would give -5 stars of if I could.
Crazy bread (2) was not taped shut, and all food was given to the driver, not in a bag, so my food was delivered with packages OPEN. WHY is it so hard for a bag to be provided?? It's 2% plastic and will rip in a blink of an eye, but it takes an act of god to get a bag. Book a table now
Very disappointed with my order . To start they got my order wrong. I didn't receive what I ordered . One of the pizza's were soggy , very thin , stuck to the box when I tried to pull a slice out . I can't believe the managers would even let the order leave like that
Order was correct and made within the allotted time frame. Selected pay in store and all the people working were very nice. They even gave my kiddos cookies. Pizzas and stuffed cheese bread were very good. Will be back ...Thank you Little Caesar.
After shenanigans with the kiddos Trunk or Treat, we all needed fuel.Hot n ready, wings and bread sated the sugar rush into slumber by 10p.Thanks guys (and gals) for watching the sheet-show in the store while we waited.
Food taste good but pretty upset this location seems to never have hot n ready pizza. I had to wait 25 minutes. Poor advertising. Book a table now
