I had not been to this place. My wife ordered and I agreed to pick up. Upon arriving, I gave the cashier the name on the prepaid order. They looked for the order and after checking the entire area the lady went to an oven accessible to the public. She ripped in to me telling me I should have known my order was in there and announced it to the waiting customers I should have known that. Thanks Little Caesar, that was some first class service. Never going back.
Haven't been in years. I showed up around 730p and purchased hot and ready cheese pizza. It was not hot, but it was ready. No sauce. Service was the usual covid dry. People no longer care to be nice or presentable. Worker wasn't rude, she wasn't taught how to greet a customer. I don't recommend. Just get a pizza from Sam's or Walmart and pop it in the oven.
The line was extremely long as was the wait. I was told my pizza would be ready in 30 mins it was more like 50mins as I waited 30 to arrive and still waited another 20 to 25mins to get my pizza. The new Four Quarter Calzonie was really good and worth the wait! The garlic crust is delicious! And their bread sticks are always good.

I placed an online order and paid with my card, expecting a certain pick-up time. However, I was informed that they don’t start preparing the food until you arrive. This completely undermines the point of ordering in advance.
I placed an order in advance for two pizzas and an order of Crazy Bread for 4:30 PM. When I arrived, there were quite a few people waiting for their orders. I didn’t receive mine until 5:10 PM.
