Ordered food that was estimated to be done between 1:19-1:24 arrived when it was expected to be done only for it to say it was still in the oven. It was put in the oven at 1:03 yet at 2:03 it was still “in the oven”. After waiting over an hour from the time it was in the oven and nearly 40 minutes after the latest pickup time we decided to go in and ask about the order only to be told it was in their warmer and not the pickup portal yet they did not update the order page to notify us that it was done. When asked why they said they had issues with the system yet were able to instantly say that the order was picked up which does not make sense. That’s not even touching the fact one of the work...
I put in a pickup order, it said it would be ready by 1:24pm at the latest, and that it entered the oven at 1:03. I arrived and waited in the parking lot until 2:03, a full hour after it said it had entered the oven. There was still no update, the app said it was still in the oven, and their pickup screen had no names on it. We entered and asked about our order, and the guy said they were keeping it in their warmer and gave us our order. So zero updates and not to mention the guy had long hair that was not tied up, which is a health hazard.
I ordered a large pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple with extra sauce and cheese! It was delicious!! The staff was polite and friendly and made one delicious pie!! Kid-friendliness: They're serving pizza, you can't get any friendlier than that!! Wheelchair accessibility: You can roll right in and roll right out.
I loved my pizza today! We got a deal on the app for a calzoney and a classic pizza and the calzoney was fantastic! I hope they keep it on the menu. The pepperoni pizza was great as well. The price was incredible! Will be returning! All the way from Pekin, in!
