I had the worst experience with customer service imaginable! From the moment we entered the restaurant, nobody acknowledged us. We waited for 10 minutes just to place our order. The manager was yelling at her staff the entire time, and they seemed inexperienced. Eventually, we received our meals, but they were not what we ordered. They took the incorrect dishes back and brought us what was supposed to be the correct order, but it turned out to be wrong AGAIN. The manager showed no sympathy at all when her employees informed her about the mix-up. The situation was so chaotic that the people behind us decided to leave without eating!
I have been promised numerous times by Long John Silvers that they’d make things right for me, but they never follow through. It’s been over 6 months now. I bought 20pc chicken and the prices were literally no bigger than McDonald’s chicken nuggets! I did not pay $20.20 for chicken nuggets!! I complained to the store, no reply, I complained to corporate, they told me someone would contact me ASAP from the store to make it right. NO CALLS!! I complained again and again, each time same thing, they will call me, no calls ever!! Terrible customer service, and if that’s all the bigger their chicken is, way over priced and dried out!!
Change your grease and serve fresh fish. Fish was over cooked please i don't like to return food its embarrassing for me when you people don't do your job right, I've worked in reastruants so i know when i see something is doubled cooked it look like that or either the oil temperature was way too high and needed to be changed the bread around the fish was way too hard and chicken was way too salty please have politer customer service both workers had attitudes looked like they hate their job and it was absolutely poor experience and the service was extremely poor the worst i ever had!
Please note that this location is smaller, so if you're visiting from out of town and expect a full-sized menu, you might be disappointed. While having a different menu is understandable, we found the treatment we received to be quite unprofessional. As we were leaving, we were rudely laughed at and scolded by what appeared to be a supervisor, who condescendingly repeated, "we don’t carry that here!" This kind of behavior is both unnecessary and disrespectful, especially towards customers who are simply trying to support your establishment. It's truly disappointing. Book a table now
I had to wait a little while, but everything was perfect. It was hot, fresh, and delicious! The only downside was that it's a co-branded location, so they didn’t have the full Long John Silver's menu. It felt more like a KFC with some Long John Silver's options.
I will never go there again. The service was very bad. The food if that is what you call it was very poor and over cooked in oil that had not been changed. If that was not bad enough we didn't get all of our food in the boxes.
Food was cold. Had to microwave it, which made everything rubber. The 2 pieces of fish were very small, they might have made a nice sandwich if I used a dinner roll. I won't be going back

Pretty sad when you order fish on the menu for take out and they only give you malt vinegar and no tartar sauce
