It had been awhile pre-pandemic)since I ate here the last experience was quite unfavorable. With that said my hopes weren’t high. I must start with I love the atmosphere of Longhorns. The lighting is perfect the horse and cowboy theme makes me breathe deep as I love them both. We were met by a hostess who probably wanted to be anywhere but there but quickly had a friendly encounter with Stephan our server. When I dine again here I absolutely will request Stephan. Serving is definitely his forte. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms- they were very good. I drank raspberry tea and enjoyed it but the flavor could have been stronger. We got there around 6 and we're seated immediately. Our server(Derrick) was hands down the best server we've ever had. The food was excellent. Steaks cooked perfectly and the salad tasted like it was picked that day from the garden. Overall experience was a 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend to everyone!!!!!
Polite serving staff food was not up to the standards they have set in the past. Steak was cooked correctly temp wise but was pretty bland in the flavor. The salads were also not the best. As far as side my broccoli was cooked correctly but over seasoned. Overall was a decent dining experience
The food was great! The waiter was great. The hostess are ignored us and when she finally took us to our table, underneath the table was full of food. However the chef did a wonderful job!
