This was the best experience my husband and I have had at any chain restaurant ever! We’ve tried all the others around and have had some not so good experiences, idk why it took us so long to try this place but I’m pleasantly surprised and glad we did! The food was amazing and came out so fast compared to other places that it was almost hard to believe! I hadn’t even finished my appetizer yet and our main dishes were being served! The selection of veggies was by far my favorite part, I got the brussels sprouts and the asparagus and they were both delicious. Ordered Medium LH burger and it was rare twice, after sending back two times. Shrimp and lobster chowder was lacking lobster and filled in with fish sauce, corn, and tomato paste. Also over cooked potatoes potentially from day before.I requested a substitute of French onion that was presented well, hot and full of cheese, however after trying it noted soy base filler and non caramelized onions with sheen present.First set of house jack and coke was great. Second round sent lightly made ,which is an understatement. Waiter (Tayler) tried his best but facility was obviously understaffed. He was kind and did his best to be attentive. I got a LH burger and had to send it back twice for being undercooked, ended up just not eating and leaving hungry. Wife sent back her first soup (shrimp and lobster chowder), generally lacking anything resembling shrimp or lobster. Settled on French onion soup and it was primarily cheese and not onion. Ordered drinks and our first ones were great, second round was just soda. Manager (Hannah) came by at that point and fixed our drinks. Bill reflected exactly what we actually had so that was a plus. Overall though, bad experience this time.
My husband and I beat the crowd by going to the bar, we had a lovely bartender who was very friendly. We ordered our steaks medium rare, and they took about 20mins, on arrival, both steaks were well done and chewy. I'm not a person who sends my meal back, but with both steaks over, we asked our bartender, and she did not hesitate to reorder our meals and apologize it was not her error, but i thanked her for caring). Once our steaks came the second time, they were perfect. As for drinks, we had a house margarita each. My husband also had an old fashioned and I had a Moscow mule. We enjoyed all the drinks. Excellent all around. The atmosphere was very nice, the inside is very pretty, and the staff was pleasant and professional.The food was amazing! I don't eat steak often, but a co-worker told me that you could get parmesan crust on your steak, and I had to try it. I ordered the prime rib, medium-rare, and it came out perfectly. The parmesan was an excellent addition too, but it's not on the menu from what I can tell because it's probably not to everyone's liking.I would definitely come here again, and it's a company favorite as well.
This is not a great location unfortunately, service was great and our server was amazing. The manager on duty was also very accommodating and sweet. However, there was a weird soaked-carpet smell and the food was pretty bad. It sucks because the service is great. Texas Roadhouse on Whitten Rd is 100x better, go there!

Great experience and great food. The only thing odd was the online vs in-resteraunt wait times were a little off.I have a steak coomed to medium rare as requested and my wife enjoryed the tips.Will 100% go back.
