The hostess was truly terrible, not the server. She didn't even ask if I preferred a table or a booth; she simply placed the menu down on the booth, and when I turned to let her know I wanted a table, she had already walked away. I ended up sitting at a table with no service for 15 minutes before I had to ask a server where my waitress was. The hostess never returned to inform me that I was in the wrong spot. While I was waiting, I also saw her treat another couple the same way. Her name was Tiffany, and when I confronted her on my way out, she actually tried to argue as if she was in the right. Food was decent but customer service was not great. Our server was great but the other server that was not ours gave my family and I a hard time. She was rude and we had an altercation where she told her manager that we must want a discount. When the manager came I explained how the server was rude again not our server) and how she started a verbal altercation with me. Will NEVER come to this location again solely due to the rude and unprofessional manager. We were accidentally charged for a side of corn and she came over to our table and said “oh we’re just giving free stuff away?” along with rolling her eyes at us. She was so rude and condensing and made our experience very stressful. I feel bad for anyone who works under this woman. Horrible management.
I found a large fly in my Caesar salad, which was really gross. It’s clear that there are issues with food preparation and the greens not being properly washed. During the less than an hour I was there, I also overheard three other tables expressing their complaints. While the rest of the food was good, the overall state of the restaurant felt chaotic. I had a frustrating experience when my card was swiped three times. Not acceptable. Silvia should be reassured; someone from management needs to reach out to her, apologize, and encourage her to return.
Went for dinner yesterday and had a wonderful waiter Dion! Food was very good and large portions! Definitely recommend and will be back! Not only are their steaks good, but their salads are amazing!
Service was fast and attentive, the food was delicious and our orders were accurate, and it was pretty quiet. They even brought my mom a free ice cream for her birthday!
