These new locally owned restaurants popping up in Orleans are giving many of the more established ones in downtown Ottawa a run for their money.Essentially a tiny lunch counter with a couple of tables for dine-in located near the mall on St.Joseph's, while the place might be small the quality of the food and the value is huge.We had 'The Summer Dress' and the 'P.A. My husband and I just devoured our first ever Lunchbox sandwiches and they were FANTASTIC!!! Too bad are Lunchboxes are now empty because we would love a refill! I will definitely be going back to pick us up more of their great food! Very fresh, delicious ingredients were used and we LOVED the buns! Soooo good! Mmmmm!!! The three people working there were very friendly and helpful as well. Great job and we hope the Lunchbox is around for many years to come! After reading reviews online, I've decided to give this place a chance and I've been very satisfied. The sandwiches are very fresh and good. The service was very quick also. There was a lot of people coming in to order. They also do catering.

Perfect for a lunch date or to pick up tomorrow's lunch! The sandwiches are packed full making them perfectly filling. The hearty soup is perfect for a chilly fall day.

Wow. The food was fresh and amazing. I as the The Summer Dress with the dill potato salad. Delicious. Great great service. Cool concept! Will be back for sure!!
