The food at this restaurant is delicious, and I frequently visit for lunch or dinner. Sometimes I dine in, and other times I take out. However, the only issue I have is when I order roasted chicken to go, I request the green sauce known as Aji Verde. This Peruvian sauce is similar to hot sauce for Americans, but they do not include it in the takeout bag. Instead, they only provide the orange sauce, which is spicier and cheaper to make. Additionally, they want to charge extra for the Aji Verde, which I believe is unreasonable as it is a traditional pairing for Peruvian roasted chicken. This is something that should be addressed and corrected - do not charge for Aji Verde on takeout orders. On...

Ordered the Machu Picchu rotisserie dinner- hostess was really nice. Chicken was dry and sauces were really bad. The red and green sauce tasted like too much pesto or epazote to be more accurate. The epazote flavor was too overwhelming and it made everything taste really bad. Rice was really good and salad was good too. French fries needed more salt but we just added some to the dish. Definitely not the best Peruvian chicken I’ve tasted. If you’re looking for real Peruvian food- you’ll find it on 74th street in Queens NY. This is okay but not the best. This has more flavor than Walmarts rotisserie chicken that’s for sure! Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

My wife, newborn baby and I arrived at the restaurant at 3pm only to find that the kitchen was still open but there were no tables available. We were seated at the bar because the tables section didn't open until 4pm. The atmosphere didn't feel welcoming for families, and the ceviche didn't taste authentic Peruvian. The restaurant didn't give off a Peruvian vibe, instead it felt more like a simple bar. We were not comfortable at all and this will be our first and last visit. I do not recommend this place.

The grilled chicken nibtan that we ordered was delicious and not bad at all. It seemed like it was freshly cooked. The food rating is 3 out of 5, the service was rated 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere was rated 3 out of 5.
