This was an online order: I'm a regular customer, but today I had a terrible experience, came home and realized that they were good at my big shrimp friend rice I called and talked to the manager, Laura she's going to do and issue a refund. But when we stare to share the rice with my husband, there was a hair in rice? as shown on the picture, I called again and spoke to Laura and she said she could not give a refund unless I took the plate and back to the restaurant. Very frustrated with this bad service. In any case, it is not recommended.
I thought we'dd give it a try but it wasn't all that. The Orchata water and the Jamaica water were tasteless, more like colored tap water. They don't have many flavors for the wings to choose from. The special rice supposed to have shrimps and beef, buy it was more rice than anything. Other places make cuts on the tilapia to fry it better, here the don't which makes it more grease and the flavor if any, stays on the skin and not the meat. The only thing we liked was the micheladas.
I've been waiting for the perfect time to visit due to this location always being so packed. That day finally came I was not impressed unfortunately. What I ordered was drenched in sauce, the vegetables were raw, with a quick grill mark on them. Service was okay, our server left our plates from appetizers to our meal plates on the table. Can't say I'll be back.
They only have frozen margaritas, so there is not the woman favorite, but the micheladas are really good. The Calamari pieces were too small, some pieces were just broken. The Ceviche was missing the Spicyness I enjoy. The rice is always good and the popcorn shrimp is ok.
