Delicious food! Disappointing experience in terms of service.I called and ordered 4 entrees for dinner. When I go to pick-up, only 3 were ready and the chef was rude in responding. He argued with me aggressively that I never ordered 4 items, subsequently he checks his system when he realizes his mistake and finds it hard to believe he is mistaken. Instead of apologizing he simply says he is busy.
worst experience. the service was the worst thing I've ever seen. tarn thai was great. the menu was amazing and the service was even better. no help and the service was so bad. wein order malbec and given merlot. ordered water got bottles and no glasses, glasses came 20 minutes later. a great place. tarn thai was amazing. total catastrophe. do not recommend.
Lousy service. We went in and the lady never asked if we needed anything to drink, never brought us utensils and we had to get up to go put our order in. The food was cold and the chicken was hard to eat. Not worth it to be honest.
Flys everywhere! There’s one INSIDE the bowl of rice AND cilantro. There’s one walking on the table where he was cutting the meat. HOW IS THIS OK?!
