Mariano's Fresh Market

I live in Palatine (3 blocks from Palatine Marianos) I actually have 3 Marianos closer to me at home than the Zürichsee site! I'm buying Lake Zurich for people. Everyone who works in the store is AWESOME, but the one person standing out is Joe in the Deli! He's a very nice man and spends the time taking care of you! I feel like I'm going to my little neighborhood deli when I'm done with Joe. It is a specific facility for your company! He takes care of me and all his customers, a real gentleman!

I was shopping in Marianos on Thursday night; looking for London Broil. It was a gentleman named Joe who works in the Deli. I asked Joe if they had London Broil, he went through some of the partially cut pieces and then he told me that he would open a freshly sealed pack of the broil. Great guy, five stars and kisses for you, Joe, because you're leaving. If you are shopping at Marianos next time, you should stop and give a big HELLO JOE! scream. Thank you, Joe.

I was so impressed!!!! I was supported this morning by the manager and two employees to get a seasonal product that was no longer in the shelves. (The manager left his way to help me and list the support of two employees. They offered to reorder it, but also called another Marianos shop, so I could go there to get it today. You have never seen such service!!!! For those who have helped, thank you!!!! They were all amazing!!!

I ordered a cake from this location and it was absolutely perfect!! We celebrated my sons community and they did an amazing work with the design and the cake was so good! Don't go anywhere else for my cakes.
