From what I've heard, Marino's has been a landmark restaurant for many years. It could use a face-lift. The single bathroom is in the basement, although clean there was that musty basement odor. But the food was very good. I started with crab bisque, alittle salty for me but loaded with crab and a silky texture. We shared a calamari appetizer. It was good. For entree two of ushad the shrimp fra Diablo. The gravy was thick and flavorful with a little bite if heat. The shrimp was outstanding, this is thefirst time I've had this type of dish that had the tail shell removed. Goes to show the attention to detail.
