Martinos Pizza And Pasta Of Elmont

I ordered the baked ziti with meat sauce. After being charged extra for the meat sauce the food arrive with a container of meat sauce on the side instead of INSIDE the baked ziti. I called to tell them what happened and was told that the cook didn 't read the note about meat sauce until the ziti was already done so they decided to just put it on the side and that I should just to just mix it in . I was also told that this was the most ridiculous complaint. The customer service at this restaurant is atrocious and my meal was completely ruined.

At first sight we thought the food would be just ok, but It was beyond good, It was amazing delicious. They sent bread and rolls in the side and they were also super tasty. My wife is not big fan of Italian food and she was very happy with my choice for dinner.
