After Dr. Albert sold the restaurant to a new company, the quality drastically declined. Unfortunately, one of my brother's cats died in a tragic accident while in the establishment, and another one had to be put down due to health issues likely exacerbated by the environment.
This is undoubtedly the worst veterinary clinic in Buffalo. When my cat fell from a significant height and broke his spine, the care and service were completely unacceptable.
