We had a reservation. When we arrived, we were told they were only offering a $35/pp buffet. No other menu option. No kid’s menus. Waffles were ice cold. Asked for more, they were cold and syrup was cold. I don’t mind paying for good food and good service. I never expect anything for free but I do expect what I’m paying for to be hot/warm and come with competent service. The dining room was empty. Host could not figure out how to cancel future reservations. Not a good experience. Our breakfast bill was $115 and they still could not figure out how to provide warm syrup and warm waffles. I regret the only full service restaurant in the Westin did not value my time or my money. I will spend bot...

We decided to try Stoke Rye for Easter Brunch this year, as our usual and popular place in Vail had increased its prices even further so that it was unreasonable. The food and ambience at Stoke Rye was really nice and we were generally very happy with the choice. However, I noticed some small areas of improvement: service could have been more attentive and detailed. I had to get up a few times to find out what we needed. One of the chairs on our table and the area below was a mess of crumbs and lint from the previous group, and a few of the buffet servers seemed not happy at all to be there. Hopefully the service is sharpened and I think it will be one of our new favorites in the valley!

We waited a little too long to sit down. We had reservations confirmed by the restaurant several times, so we didn't get a surprise. We had a party of 7 we were scratched around a table for 5. Very cramped. Not ideal for a buffet that you had to get up from the table several times. And it was HOT in the restaurant. Very unpleasant. On the positive side was the quality freshness of food. Really wonderful options. Very nice Easter buffet.

The service started great, then we were ghosted. I had to keep asking for our server, which was odd given that the restaurant was not full. The food was okay, but definitely not the best in the area. Overall it was meh experience for over $100 a head plus tip.
