We tried to order from the self service kiosk but it dosent have the options we needed. After waiting at the register to order they Straight up REFUSED to take my order at the register! Said quote were doing this now Walked us over to the self service kiosk and said I can help you get anything you need here. Very 1st item requested they could not find. After fumbling thru the menu for a while they asked for help from another person. IM NOT A FAST FOOD EMPLOYEE, STOP MAKING DO ANOTHER JOB!!. If I could give this place zero stars for food and service, I would. First of all, the establishment itself is very clean and taken care of. But the staff? Rude and plain disrespectful. After standing at the counter for almost 10 minutes, simply waiting to ask a question I had to say excuse me to one of the workers, which in return I was ignored. These employees made eye contact with me multiple times and continued to ignore not only me, but other patrons waiting to be helped. I walked into the restaurant instead of going through the drive thru and was very disappointed to find that McDonald's is forcing customers to order via digital machines. What has happened to hiring people to provide personal customer service? The one person that was there so you could pay for your food with cash was very nice. I asked her if people could order with her as opposed to using the machines. She said management was highly discouraging them from doing that. She said they would help people with the machines. However, no one offered assistance, and I had a question. I will only use the drive thru going forward. Then, at least, I will get a person to talk to.
Yeah this one sucks. It’s mainly the rude staff and food handling. Just go down the way to the one on fletcher pkwy. They’ve improved a lot. Book a table now
Navany was so nice she bought our food to us, Amazing service, funny Overall, she's a wonderful person. I would come back here.
They no longer take orders inside at the register you have to do it all on a kiosk.
Always too busy and no staff. And now they can't even properly cook their food.
