Mcdonald's - Table reservation

The restaurant tends to mix up orders frequently and their drive-thru can complicate things even more. There's often a long line that extends almost to Oriskany Blvd. The staff seems rushed when preparing the food, which leads to more mistakes with orders. Inside, employees seem more interested in chatting than ensuring the orders are accurately processed. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at a 1.

I visited this McDonald's for breakfast because the location in the predominantly Black area of the city has consistently poor service. It's frustrating to see this kind of neglect in minority neighborhoods. The same ownership runs both locations, so there really is no justification for the disparity in service quality.

It’s your typical McDonald's—clean, well-maintained, and friendly staff. My order did take a while to arrive, but they were very pleasant about it.
