The food packages were covered in grease and were gross to handle. When we got to the drive through window that hands out the food there was a guy standing in the doorway to the kitchen in pj pants with no shirt eating fries and calling people over to talk to him...gross!! They didn't put napkins in the bag, so we pulled over to go in and get them. None were out for the customers, and because you order on screens now, so no humans to ask for help. What a mess!! Should have turned around when I pulled in and saw about 10 teens messing around in the front grass (I guess it was the towns fireworks night) but they were running back and forth across the driveway and messing around in the parking...
Went inside to order...McDs kiosk is horrible...One person taking orders inside restaurant...Line of people waiting because the kiosks are garbage.... Went back to car and went through the drive thru because its actually properly staffed.... Prices at McDonald's are a joke.... They've lost the value/service magic!
It's almost like dealing with a machine run burger maker. Everything is sealed behind walls. No condiments or drinks available without finding an employee and asking. No refills. Hate the atmosphere.
The food was great, the service was very timely and the restaurant and bathroom was very clean. We enjoyed our visit very much.
