So, we decided to try them out last night and boy was it a big mistake. First sign we should have left was when we walked in they said it would be a 30 minute wait, then another person said 10, and then we were immediately seated. Out waitress proptly showed up and asked if anyone was waiting on us then asked us what we would like to drink. I asked for a drink menu and she said there was none. Next I asked what kind of Margaritas they had and she told me that she had no idea, and didn 't even try to get me an answer, so we just had water and tea. Now we have our menus and they were 3 typed pages stapled together and my middle sheet was upside down. When we did get to order my son and I had f...
As soon as we did it at the hostess, the 20 minutes said just to sit in front of us another family that ended because no waitress would come to table. And the fact that I had to ask another waitress who was our waitress after we had to sit there for 15 minutes. The food was very good. The first thing I wanted them to be outside, but the shrimps were very good. Our waitress apologised for the service several times, went out to take care of us.
Wow! I was so impressed with this restaurant! First time here I grabbed the Friday night special. It was so so delicious ? my food was grilled to perfection and the gumbo is definitely award winning! Thank you for an amazing experience I will most definitely be back!
Good food, nice people. Always make sure that the customer's coffee cup is full. The waitress did good work, BUT must ensure ALWAYS that customers do not wait too long. 2 memories were needed false answer! GRADE: B It's an A, except coffee.
