Mikasa Japanese - Table reservation

I placed an order to be delivered and the delivery was 26 minutes past the original time they said it would be delivered. The tempura veggies were soggy and disgusting. The tofu was not even edible, it was like chewing on rubber. Someone hand wrote in an additional $2 that they charged to my card and when I called to ask what this charge was for they had no explanation and asked if they could just give me credit for a future order. I declined this option and the driver returned and gave me $2 cash. Vegetarian options: I ordered tempura veggies and tofu on veggie hibachi and it was all awful.

Absolutely horrible food. Ordered takeout last night. Calamari, chicken dumplings, California roll, and spring rolls. It all ended up in the trash. The crab in the California roll tasted like sewer. And here I am sick as a dog this morning. Paid almost $40 for rotten food that all ended up in the trash. Will never eat here again!! Food: 1
