Miller Tavern - Table reservation

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with how good the food at @themillertavern was!! This place is a must try!! It’s a level up!! Hand Cut Steak Tartare Smoked egg yolk, Dijon, finger chili, crispy capers, grilled sourdough Seared Foie Gras Wild blueberry and maple gastrique , Pain ai lait Creamy lobster truffle Mac and cheese East Coast lobster, Cavatappi, Canadian cheeses, toasted bread crumbs Tavern burger Wagyu patty, caramelized onions, mushrooms, lettuce, truffle aïoli, aged cheddar and Pain ai lait Negronis and a bunch of other alcohol

the best part of miller tavern is the terrace in summer. despite the proximity of a busy middle town crossing, the place is beautiful and quiet, with a view of the park. There are some string lights that are beautiful in summer evenings. the food is reliable good and there is a decent choice. the price is not unreasonable. the service was fast and friendly when we visited. the location is reachable both by transit and by car and the parking lot is plentiful.

I had a great time, my server was great! Unfortunately, the sign they do in their oysters is not in order, I would say crazy. $52 for 12 oysters, it's something I'm sure it can't be seen anywhere in toronto. if I read the market price, I would never have thought that an oyster for $4.33 would go a piece, especially given their wholesale cost to a restaurant. $0,85 a piece

we had dinner there last night, our first visit since the beginning of the kovid. eating was good, the service excellent, but the place has become very expensive. a martini costs $18, a burger $30. we had new york strip sirloin each, 65 dollars. this included a large baked potato.
