When my soup arrived as an appetizer, I found a long hair inside the bowl after a few spoonfuls, so I returned it. I declined the waiter's offer of a replacement dish as I was concerned it might come from the same pot as the original bowl. Instead, I ordered a different, slightly more expensive appetizer. When the bill arrived, I was surprised to see that Mirabelle had charged me for the more expensive substitute appetizers. I expected that they would not charge me, as other restaurants have done in similar situations with their food quality issues (which are very rare for me). One of the best restaurants in Beaver Creek. Dover Sole is pure perfection. Frankly, everything on the menu is pure perfection. If you appreciate the food, this is the place to be!
Loved everything. Recommend the lobster bisque and dover sole. Don’t forget to ask about the soufflé divine!
