We were seated in the back room, which was dirty and had paint peeling off the walls. Our options were to look at cleaning supplies in the hallway or at a plain wall. Despite having reservations, the food was only average at best. To make matters worse, two of our entrees had hairs in the rice portions. The service was spotty and it seemed like we were not a priority since we were placed at the rear of the building. With so many fantastic restaurants in Tucson, we will not be returning to this establishment.
We were in town on business, and this was our first time to Miss Saigon; and our experience was great! The food is excellent. Especially the Spring Rolls. And the service could not be better! Plus the menu is priced very reasonable. I highly recommend.
I frequent this restaurant at least once a week. The staff is friendly, the food is tasty, and the prices are affordable.
Already recommended Downtown Miss Saigon. I really enjoyed everything. Also big waiters!!!!
