I had the pleasure of being served by Nima at Moxies East Beaver Creek, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Nima's service was truly outstanding, from the moment we were seated to the last bite of our meal. We were a party of eight for lunch. Server was very good at the beginning taking our drink order. The restaurant is very loud and not really conducive for a group who wants to socialize and talk as it was hard to hear conversations. It took a long time for the server to come back to take our orders. The food came in shifts with 2 salads coming about 5 minutes after everyone else's orders came to the table. The server did not come back to check on the meals and did not refill waters. I had to go up and get our check as the server was no where to be found. Overall the food quality was quite good as per everyone at the table.
Have visited the restaurant last week for a team lunch. Food was fantastic. The only thing little noticeable was the space. It was little crowded. I think they need a huge space to accommodate all the customers. Customer service was great. Overall I would definitely visit again.Vegetarian options: Nachos, vegan tacos and the cheesecake were awesome.
Fantastic experience today! Our server, Sasha, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive when we needed her to be and she gave us space when we were engaged in a business conversation. We will definitely be back!
