"I've been here a few times before, but this time was by far my favorite. My fiancée and I came in to get a lunch and a drink. We were graciously and quickly greeted by our server/ bartender Darien and got our drinks/ food quickly while enjoying some great conversation. Ambiance is very quiet and laid back yet has great background music going. I'd definitely recommend swinging by for a mid day lunch."

I love this place and only because of my favorite bartender in all of Murrieta and not just this restaurant (Sarah). She is so friendly, professional and really makes sure her customers are happy the entire time they are here. Anyone who says she does the opposite is ridiculously confused. My wife Carolyn and I come here specifically because we love her to death and we love the service and personality (Sarah) has had from day 1 and has never changed it no matter what. If she did change, I'm sure we would stop coming. WE LOVE HER AND SHE IS YOUR BEST BARTENDER, HANDS DOWN. I would love to speak with any of the managers and owners if you want to hear more. There isn't enough space to continue...
The food is AMAZING. The bartender with the pink hair however, makes you feel like an inconvenience and un welcome the second we sat down. Sad but that 's caused us not to return. Last thing I want to do is spend money some place you don 't feel welcome. *adding since owners reply. Maybe she was having an off Sunday but the attitude we received was not happy at all. We ordered an espresso martini and were told your gonna make me want to kill my self but I 'll do it I get it 's not the easiest drink to make but seriously? The food tho and atmosphere amazing will not slam new owners improvements in that area.
I'm going to give it a 4 stars just because I only came here for a drink. But the drink was really tasty. I forgot the name it was some sort of margarita type from Mezcal and with a grill pineapple and cilantro garnish. Very tasty drink.. The ambience of this place is very hip, the food that I was seeing coming out from the kitchen looked really good. The service was great, they seated us right away. And she answered some questions we had about the drinks.. but I WOULD love to come back and dine in!
Great atmosphere and vibe. Always enjoy coming to Public House Murrieta. Our favorite time to come is when our favorite bartender Sarah is working. She has mad skills and knows how to bring the good times. Menu could use a refresh, has not changed for the better in a lonnnnnnng time. They changed our favorites but haven't added anything to improve it. But the cocktails...my wife is hooked on Sarah's concoctions.
