Nando's - Table reservation

I attended my daughter's birthday celebration yesterday and the waitress who served us, I believe her name was Summer, was absolutely lovely and made my daughter's evening. We had forgotten to order a dish for my mother, but once we informed Summer, she promptly brought it to us. She was a shining example of excellent customer service! Thank you.

great as always. the workers know when our glasses were almost empty and came and asked if we wanted a refill. offer to make a photo. great sharpener. I also have a diet, so they need a child's meal and they were great. some places are embarrassing about it, but they did not blink an eyelid. thanks for a great time.

Long wait times especially on weekends but well worth it the food tastes and looks good aswell as the building itself is decorated amazingly, staff were a bit grumpy and their hot sauce wasn 't all that hot but minor things that shouldn 't reflect on the experience as a whole.

Located in the heart of Loughborough, this Nando's restaurant is clean and well-maintained. There are limited parking spaces available outside. The food was delivered promptly and the staff were welcoming and amiable.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely attentive, the food is delicious, and the location is absolutely stunning. The only downside is that there isn't much parking available nearby.
