To whom it concerns:I was there in November and the name is "The mad italians" I don't know why here on tripadvisor it has a different name, but the location is the one of "the mad italians"Please rename the restaurant name. From the comments someone talked about the half meter pizza, that is why I am pretty sure it is the same restaurant to which I went.According to Tripadvisor there is a restaurant called "the mad italian" (without the s in the end) in the north of Sydney. Note that this is not the same as this one located in Maroubra. I don't know the other one.You can order a really big rectangle pizza combining 2 types of choice from the pizza menu card. It is delicious and not expensiv...
Had dinner here last night with a friend. Had a voucher from Groupon which was dinner for 2. Pizza was lovely 1/2 meter long unable to eat it all. Desert was like a deep fried donut dipped in chocolate was just nice wasn't over powering. Will re-visit in the new year.
This is our second time to have dinner here and will be back for more! We had the half meter pizzas and the pizza base is great and well cooked. Pizzas are genuine wood fired and not overly cheesy. Friendly and prompt service.
