My family and I usually come to this restaurant when we drive through San Jose, and it’s usually a good time. But the customer service has changed a lot since our last visit. I had a bad experience with one of the waiters. Before ordering, I tried to explain that I’m pescatarian. I don’t eat meat, but wanted to order a seafood dish. One of the ingredients wasn’t available and I was asked to order something different instead of making it without the missing item. I don’t understand Vietnamese well, so I ordered a different seafood dish based off the english translation on the menu. It turns out the translation wasn’t accurate and the waiter misunderstood my dietary needs, so a dish with meat...
