I visited this location on the 9/20/20 for 2 bagels with cream cheese. There was 3 customers ahead of me and I had to wait 20 minutes. Ordering was quick but the wait time seemed excessive. As I was waiting, I noticed they were completing several delivery pick up orders. The bagels were delicious and worth the wait. Based on my experience, they do need to improve on speed of service times. They also had proper COVID social distancing in place and the location was very clean.
Great food overall every time I come in, but what is not great is my interactions with one of the employees. When I was placing the order with the cashier Justin he seemed very annoyed with me from the second I walked up before I even said anything. I ordered, and as he turned around I thought I heard him mumble something under his breath. Food is good but customer service is going downhill
Easiest place for me to get bagels even close to NYC bagels. It's not the cleanest restaurant but the service is nice and the bagels are solid. Always go for the Nova Lox or tuna salad on an everything bagel.
Service and bagels are wonderful. Manager Lekeisha is the best but she is moving soon. So sad however I'm sure whoever comes in will be great. Wishing Lekeisha the very best
