Amongst the best Laksa’s is Sydney. Traditional gritty flavoursome broth with generous servings of your protein of choice. The only improvement would be to add some Hokkien noodles with the vermicelli. There are many of other well made dishes available at this modestly decorated eatery. At the end of the day it’s an eating house that will suit the laksa lovers and those that appreciate well made Chinese classics.
Amazing food, amazing service. We ordered the chicken laksa, satay chicken, chicken wings and combination pan fried noodles. All four dishes were of impeccable quality, with great balance of spice and diversity of flavour. I would strongly recommend this restaurant.
My favourite local. Go the salt and pepper squid, steamed chicken with ginger and shallots and seafood XO shanghai noodles. The Kansas pretty good too
Always friendly and wholesome. Good value too! Noodle Junction has long been my first choice for local asian takeaway!
