"While passing through, I decided to stop for breakfast at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the sausage I ordered on the side was deep-fried and dry, the eggs were not cooked over-easy as requested but rather sunny-side-up with a film of runny slime. The home fries seemed to be days old and the coffee tasted stale. If I ever pass through this area again, I will either eat before or wait until I find a more reputable diner. The cook seemed to lack skill and the appearance was not pleasant to look at."

My coworkers and I frequently order food from this restaurant, and I must admit that over the years, I have tried everything on the menu! My top recommendations? Definitely the fries and gravy! The Club and Western sandwiches, as well as the beef dip, are outstanding as well. However, my only complaint is that they are not actually a pizzeria, despite it being advertised on their sign! If you do decide to order a pizza, make sure to do so on Fridays and with plenty of advance notice. Overall, it's a charming little diner in North Pickering.
