I want to love this place I love bbq and southern food. I haven’t been here in a while so I thought I’d stop by give it another try when they opened for a late lunch. First off, it’s very dark in there should be lighter you can barely see walking up to order as this place is cafeteria style, you walk up see the food and order from the people working the station but you go to your seat with a number than a server appears for drink orders and delivers your food. So I was dying for good brisket I asked at the station if it was juicy because last time I found it dry, they said it’s very good order it more fatty vs. lean. So I do.. Absolutely a must for good barbecue especially ribs and chicken. The cornbread does not disappoint! Nice casual atmosphere where you place your order in the back and then seat yourself. Overall a nice vibe for all!

This place is always great. My husband and I make it a point to stop here whenever we’re in the area and it never disappoints.
