The man working at the counter had a bad attitude and seemed like he didn't want to be there. He didn't make eye contact when I was ordering, and the chicken was dry. He charged us more because he made a mistake with our order and thought we were taking the food to go. He also charged us extra for dining in and forgot to bring us bread. When I asked about the additional charge, he didn't seem to care. The atmosphere was cold and the restaurant smelled like bleach. A delivery person came in and asked a question, and the man working there just shrugged. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I will not be returning. The Lebanese food was below average and overpriced. There are better op...

I would not give a single star to this restaurant (had to give one in order to continue). The moment I walked in and saw the guy at the counter, I had a bad feeling about the place. It was my first time visiting, and I definitely won't be coming back. The chicken wrap I ordered had four bones in it, which was really unpleasant to bite into. When I brought it up to the guy at the counter, his response and attitude were terrible. He said that bones in a chicken wrap should be expected. Sorry, but finding pieces of bone in my wrap is unacceptable. I would rate this as the worst food spot in Sydney.

I have eaten On Fire several times, last time we said that it was the last time we would order food from there. We weakened and ordered again tonight. It was extremely overpriced for it barely fed people and we are not big eaters. I have never eaten at a Lebanese restaurant where you have to order bread usually you get plenty of bread as part of the order. In the past we have ordered takeaway food only to arrive home with many items missing from our order. It's such a shame I love to support local restuarants but this one will never get another order from us!

The restaurant offers delicious Lebanese cuisine prepared by passionate chefs. The food is great and reasonably priced. Although the service can be a bit slow at times, it is definitely worth the wait. The hummus is particularly outstanding.
