Food is delicious as always at Osmow 's. And they have great plant based options. However, the service is OK. Even though I had a discount code (QR code) for 20% off, they did not give it to me, and the reason for that they said is they do not have a scanner to scan the code. They then expected a tip for the service, but it 's literally a fast food restaurant, and it 's all self-service. Then they made my wrap so spicy I couldn 't eat it! (I asked for the medium spicy sauce and they have Sauces upto to extremely spicy)
The staff at the restaurant was unexpectedly rude during my visit. Two members of the staff, who appeared to be girls, made snarky remarks to each other and giggled when I asked for no onion in my order. This mean girl behavior was unnecessary and left a negative impression. My previous experiences at this restaurant have been pleasant, so I was surprised by the drastic change in the quality of service on this particular night.
This is the best Osmow's location! If you're craving Osmow's, this is the place to go! The food is consistently excellent every time! The Philly Chicken OzBox is delicious!
