Saturday night takeout—this place used to be super busy and it was a ghost town that night. Hardly any patrons there. I had ordered takeout, walked into the takeout area to find nobody there. I waited several minutes... then I started walking into the seating area where a manager (maybe, he wasn't wearing a uniform) looked at me while I stood there looking lost. Nobody acknowledged me, so I walked further in to find three associates putting takeout orders together. When they saw me, they all looked at each other as if they just got caught either talking about our orders or their customers, either way is super rude. I told them I was here for a pickup and they said they were putting it togeth...
My fiancée and I have visited this restaurant several times, and we always have a fantastic experience. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is outstanding. One of our favorite aspects of this place is the two gentlemen who usually work at the bar, James and Kareem. They always bring a positive attitude and deliver top-notch service. While we typically prefer sitting at tables in other restaurants, at this one, it's definitely worth sitting at the bar just to soak in the energy from these two. Looking forward to coming back next time!
