Padstow Seafoods - Table reservation

This place changed management in recent months, and to be perfectly honest it's just not what it used to be. The selection of salads, whilst never vast, has diminished. Seems to be a little bit more pricey for a very ordinary fish and chips store. The food was clean this time as always, but Syntellect some flavour. The staff are in different to the customers which is why I don't go there as often as I used to. Given the choice on Sunday I would've gone elsewhere, but the kids want fish and chips, and I needed to get on the train. Not my first preference

My wife and I tried out this place for a Friday night takeaway. The shop itself was a bit dated and needs a bit of an upgrade.We ordered a plain burger, Portuguese burger, fish cocktails and chips. All were prepared well and found it was tasty and filling. Service was acceptable as they had about 4 servers behind the counter with each having a set station. Pricing is also pretty reasonable. We will definitely come back.

Went here for dinner when the place we were going to was overcrowded. Lucky for us. Tasty, quality food and friendly service. Chips are yummy. They have really nice deserts and gelato. I had a home made desert which I poured rose syrup over can’t remember the name of it but can’t wait to have it again. They also sell fresh seafood.

Love the crumbed or grilled fish best I’ve had and the new staff are polite and friendly also keeping menu similar to lucky’s with a few new choices

Best fish and chips!!!! defiantly recommend it..!! Salad is fresh too. New owner but still the same food so I don’t mind it’s yummy as!!
