I don't have anything on my receipt to do a review so I will do one here. On 5/27/24 around 4:20pm I called to place a carry out order. I could barely understand the guy because of his accent. I wasn't able to understand what time my order would be ready and he hung up before I got a chance to have him repeat it. When I got there I was waited on by a very nice girl. She explained when they're busy calls go to a call center. Both pizzas were excellent so what started out a little iffy turned out to be an excellent dinner. Many thanks to all at this location, I will definitely be back.
The lady with the glasses who works by herself (Kayla is the name on my receipt) comes across as overstressed. Therefore the customer service that is provided suffers. Since I drove a commercial tractor trailer I explained to her and the other staff member I could not use drive thru. She tried to deny me service all together at 1st but the other staff member convinced her to take my order. Since she doesn't smile or provide a welcoming atmosphere, I feel she should ultimately be replaced.
Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, and 3 cups of ranch. There is no sauce on the pizza at all, it 's completely dry and was given blue cheese dip instead of ranch. I called in waiting on hold for over 20 minutes to be told that they can give me $3 back for the inconvenience meanwhile I just paid $25 for a pizza that I can 't even eat and how am I supposed to get my inconvenience money when I paid in cash?!
Ordered a handful of times over the course of the last 3 weeks with no issue. Had a minor issue last night and after filing out the survey the manager called me a few hours later and made it right. More than pleased! Thank you.
