The WORST customer service. If the manager in charge of this location, Rachel, sees this, I want her to know her employees left me and another customer waiting for over 5 minutes, just standing there. Never ONCE acknowledged us and didn't apologize for the wait or anything. NOT friendly at all. And a girl in glasses still proceeded to the customer that was behind me with attitude. She didn't greet or was friendly with myself at all either. These employees are obviously NOT happy with their jobs. I swear one of the cooks in the back almost looked like he wanted to help us more. Ridiculous.
I have visited this location a few times, and it is situated in a pleasant and clean market in the northern part of Livermore. I personally enjoy Panda Express, and the food at this location is just as good as at others I've tried. I've sampled the Kung Pao Chicken, Sweet Fire Chicken, Orange Chicken, Mushroom Chicken, String Bean Chicken Breast, and Teriyaki Chicken. All of them are delicious, and I would highly recommend it.
HUUUGE shoutout to Alex, I think that was his name the one with glasses. His service was great, on time, and did everything well. I let him know about the bathroom running out toilet paper and seat covers, he got to it right away and got back to serving my bowl for me as well. Appreciate the food, service, and work ethic.
BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR TAKEOUT ORDER!!! They don't fill the boxes properly. My son advised us to look it over, and sure enough, two of the boxes in our family meal were not filled. I wouldn't recommend this location unless you're dining in. Book a table now

Great food, fresh. Only thing is they don't give as much as they used to. Still very tasty.
