I really don't know how a place can be so rude. I tried to keep it simple while ordering for my kid I was like, 'I'll have the Cub Meal', of which there were 3 different meals. I opted for the Chicken Teriyaki one, which comes with chow mein and super greens. Well she boxed up the chow mein and chicken, but not the veggies. I asked about the veggies, and this is where she insisted on telling me what I said and asked for. When I pointed out the menu item, she looked behind her as if it was her first time reading it, and said 'oh that's just an example'. So I said 'okay, well then can I have that example?' and she literally said 'well you didn't ask for that'. So she opens up the box and piles...
I drove out from Walnut Creek and arrived at 8p to find out this store is already closed. closing at 8 p.m. is not good. make it 9 p.m. like others and you get 2 stars stars again.also, the app too often requires you to update it and forces you to make room for it by deleting other apps. it 's the only restaurant app that does this. fix this and you get 3+ stars.a week later I try to order through the app from another store, but the app is failing with all stores with 'something went wrong transferring your order please try again. GREAT for catering! The staff at the Danville Panda Express did an amazing job with a huge order for my event! Unfortunately I didn't give them the advanced notice that I should have. But they jumped on my request the same day I needed it, and the had my order to serve hundreds of people ready right on time. I am so grateful for their helpful, friendly staff! They really went above and beyond!
today visited panda express around 4pm and will say foods are great but i will say the quantity is less than usual. i do not mind though because the price is still ok with that quantity. i will say the foods are still warm and to be honest i am surprised. hope the quality will never change... The portions are so small comparing to other Panda Express stores. My plate is half full. Is that the way they cut the cost down by charging more and giving us less? I will write the complaint to their cooperates too. What a disappointment with this location! Will never come back.
For the last two years me a a group from work usually came here for lunch But last two times the cashier seems can of rude And making us feel uncomfortable on my receipt server:Evangelina She needs to have better customer service training!!Not sure if like to come back!
