I went through the drive-thru and requested extra soy sauce. The employee told me it was in the bag, then abruptly shut the window and walked away. When I checked, I found only two soy sauces along with some random sauces I didn't need. I managed to get her attention and asked for additional soy sauce again. She replied, “It’s in the bag; is that not enough for a ‘bigger plate?’” Clearly, it's not enough since I'm asking for more! What’s going on? Is there a shortage of sauce? It would be better if they just mentioned an extra charge or handed over the sauce without any fuss. It was really frustrating.
December 5th: If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered the String Bean Chicken, but the employee informed me that they don't have any beans or mushrooms. When I reached the window, I noticed there were no napkins or forks included with my order. After beeping to get the staff's attention, she finally came to the window and told me they don't have napkins or forks but could offer me a spoon. Am I supposed to eat my noodles with a spoon? This place is horrible!
Place is unprofessional applied here one of there employees reached out to me to discuss an interview but never replied back re applied again just to say we decided not to pick you instead of saying that in a text when there person reached out to me wouldn’t recommend working
The food lacked flavor; the fried rice tasted just like plain white rice. I ordered a mix of rice and noodles, but the noodles were tough. I ended up with mostly broccoli and just a couple of pieces of beef. I won't be wasting my money at this place again! Book a table now
I have an issue with my food and one of the managers is trying to give me a bowl when I paid for a plate I’m not accepting that so he suggested I speak with the manager that’s over him who is barely there. I will be contacting corporate.
There was a very rude worker Tayvon, also manager Christian working this day,they both were rude and not very customer friendly. I will never spend money or eat here again.
There was a Young Lady behind the counter that said I was harassing her. She gave me a look that looked mean. I would never eat here. Was delivering food to a customer.
