I visited the restaurant and Ivan was extremely rude and inattentive. He also failed to inform me that adding shrimp to the family meal would cost extra, resulting in not receiving a full order. Additionally, he seemed to rush us at the end of our meal. The food was also not very impressive.
The young staff members at this restaurant work hard. However, the rice was dry and the Chow Mein noodles were similar to cardboard. The meat dishes were tasty. There was excessive plastic waste. It felt like a Chinese-American version of McDonald's.
I dined at this restaurant tonight and discovered a hair in my food. The meal was good, but I may not return as this incident affected my overall experience.
