During my recent visit, alongside a generous meal, I was truly impressed by the friendly and welcoming service. From the moment we placed our order to the staff preparing our food, everyone was dedicated to providing excellent service. The standout for me was the attentiveness of the woman who cleaned the dining area. When a customer finished at a table, she not only cleaned the table and seats thoroughly, but also ensured the surrounding area was spotless. She rearranged the tables meticulously, keeping the public spaces immaculate due to her diligent efforts. This is clearly a well-managed establishment.
The staff at this restaurant is exceptional. We have food allergies, and Roberto, who is outstanding, took a considerable amount of time to address our concerns. I have never witnessed such a high level of commitment and professionalism towards customers in any food establishment. Everything is fresh and made with great attention to detail. The facilities are also immaculate.
My lunch was prepared promptly and with great quality. The restaurant has a unique location and design that exudes a subtle rural New England charm.
