Paid for extra tuna (around 4 bucks) in my tuna sandwich and received a barely “normal” portion. The normal portion is unsatisfactory to the size of the tuna sandwich, which is the reason I get extra tuna. This is the exact reason why I go to the Yucaipa location (they were just unfortunately out of tuna today, which is the reason I’ve decided to give this place another shot after a few years) Yucaipa location is better in every shape, way, and form, do not bother with this Redlands Location the drive to the Yucaipa Panera is so worth it. What can I say? I always love Panera! Some favorites are the Napa almond chicken sandwich and the chicken and wild rice soup, which conveniently are a value duet and therefore a great price for a full meal. I've also tried a smoothie here, and it was great and reminded me very much of a typical smoothie at Jamba or elsewhere. The chocolate chip cookies and the brownies are also great, and the most amazing thing is the kitchen sink cookie, but it's also 800 calories so beware hahaha. Great food at reasonable prices! The vegetarian options could use some improvement. I absolutely love the corn soup and wish the butternut soup were available year-round. However, the bagels that come with the soup are a bit too hard for my liking, so I always have to order an extra multigrain roll.

I received my bagel, but it wasn't cut in half or toasted. It's not a huge issue, but it took you guys 12 minutes just to grab a bagel and put it in a bag.
