My primary concern with Panera Bread lately is the apparent change in their cup policy. As someone with COPD, I often order food and need a large cup of hot water for my Yogi tea, which aids my respiratory issues. Previously, I could easily grab a cup and fill it with hot water myself. Now, I have to request a cup, and I'm given a small one as if I were a child. I valued the independence of being able to serve myself hot water in a regular-sized cup, rather than having to request it from a cashier and receive a smaller cup. Dietary restrictions: When ordering on self-serve kiosk or at counter, one can enter food allergies (or dislikes) and guest will be prompted to customize their selections. For example, being vegan, we select eggs, milk, cheese, meats, shellfish, etc., which is great in case we were to have forgotten to unselect specific foods from our order.
Visited the Dublin Panera, which I have visited in the past and it's been okay. Hard to get someone attention, etc. today I went in after work and James was great, apologized for the wait and was very pleasant. Made my day! Thank you James. I hope others follow his lead.

I have noticed that whenever I use a coupon to order pick two to go, they skip on giving the croutons. Not sure if this is deliberate because I use a coupon because this has happened more than once with me. Poor service.
I ordered the Grilled Cheese sandwich. It came with chips The bread was toasty and the cheese was gooey delicious . The service was excellent and the Ambience was neat, clean and the music was soft and chill.
Today I ordered a cup of broccoli cheddar soup but I got a Mac and cheese. I'm very disappointed.
