Delicious food! The portion for the Mac n' cheese was smaller than expected, but I did order the "regular". It was still very filling though. I got the French Baguette as a side and it was also very good. Normally I wouldn’t just eat it un-toasted but it was better than I expected. Another order in our group was supposed to be on sourdough bread but they had just finished baking it so it was unavailable. They were so accommodating that they offered to cut up a sourdough bread bowl to make the sandwich since their other loaf wasn’t ready yet. Great service.
All I wanted was a grilled cheese and potato soup... simple right? Nope!! Way too hard for them to comprehend. The manager was nice and understood what I had tried to order, but the order takers just scratched their heads after I returned with the wrong order and requested a refund. I expected mediocre food, but I completely neglected to even think that a simple order could be entirely different than what I had ordered. First time coming to Panera in a long time and they just reminded me of why that is!
Delivery was terrible. French onion soup spilled inside bag our sandwiches were drenched in onion soup. Then when she the delivery driver exchanged the bag it was dripping the entire contents of the bag dropped onto our entrance hall floor. What a disaster!! First time trying Panera it was such a bad experience for a 75$ order I doubt we ever do it again ! I was so looking forward to eating a simple dinner after a long drive home. 1 star rating
Bread is old and hard, almost broke my tooth and dislocated my jaw. Soups are too starchy and cold. I had better sandwiches from Berry's Market on Todd Rd. or that La Rosita food truck on Sebastopol Rd. at the Skikos parking lot. Book a table now
